We were quite impressed with our rooms in the Sutton Place Hotel in Vancouver (We got upgraded to a one bedroom room) and had a great view from our room at the Westin in Whistler. Our friends were staying in the same places, but in both instances we got better rooms - must be something to do with your services. All transfers and flights were well timed also."

"Just a note to let you know we had a terrific holiday in Canada. As we checked in the chap on reception at the Delta asked if we had stayed with them before to which I answered yes. On our return to the suites later in the evening we found a cheese, fruit and bread platter waiting for us with a message thanking us for staying with them again, we thought this to be a very kind gesture. Also our friend who lives in Vancouver came to join us in the resort and being a more experienced snow-boarder than we are promptly injured her foot! When I phoned reception for some advice they immediately swung into action producing a pair of crutches to use and drove us to and from the local clinic for treatment."

"We absolutely loved Big White. The slope side accommodation was not only luxurious and spacious it was the best ski in- ski out we have experienced anywhere. Pistes were great, we are intermediate skiers and the snow was incredible. Definitely worth the short flight into the interior of BC to get this kind of experience. We will be back."

The meet/greet at the airport was just as described, easy to find and the transfer departed without undue delay. The driver was informative and friendly too. The Delta Whistler Village Suite was perfect. A really well equipped apartment close to the centre of town, and benefitting from access to a swimming pool, sauna, etc. The reception/concierge staff were excellent - really excellent. This is the second time we have been to The Delta Whistler Village Suites and we would happily go there again."

We also really liked Banff Ave brewing co, Park Distillery, Melissa's & Magpie and Stump. We had a surprisingly decent meal in the Rose and Crown too! The buses to the mountains were great and really well organised, as was our hotel/airport shuttle with Banff Airporter. I would thoroughly recommend yourselves to anyone looking to book a ski trip"

"The skiing conditions were absolutely amazing - the best snow I've ever skiied on in 20 years of skiing. We were very lucky with the weather - fresh snow every night and clear conditions the next day - mostly blue skies! We had the opportunity to sample the famous 'Champagne Powder' which Big White is famous for - wonderful light powder snow - which was amazing. We also saw lots of the so-called 'snow ghosts' which are trees that are so completely completely covered with snow they look like strange ghostly shapes covered in whipped cream! (I've never seen this effect in Europe.)"

As usual we had several combinations of people and places we wanted quotes for and the team were really helpful in running the numbers on quite a few options. I interacted with several of your team during the process of booking and they were all very helpful. All returned calls if one of them could not answer immediately and the whole experience felt assured and gave me confidence in your ability to deliver. Flights, transfer up to Whistler was seamless in fact must call out Brent the driver who gave us a tour guide in Vancouver!
The hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Again on the way back transfer back to Vancouver was easy. I do recommend your company to friends, I usually book my holidays myself but as you can better the prices I can get and take the hassle from me, it is a no brainier to come back to you.
