The Elk & Avenue is in a great location right next to the main downtown area of Banff. The Elk is a bright, modern and sleek style boutique hotel with spacious rooms at incredible value. There is the Farm & Fire restaurant and the Good Earth Coffeehouse on site. The Elk & Avenue also has jacuzzi and dry sauna and is ideally situated for all downtown Banff has to offer.

Standard Room
These spacious rooms have the option of either one King or two Queen beds. Finished with a modern decor.

Loft Room
These split level rooms have two Queen beds in the upstairs loft area and a spacious living area on the ground floor.

Deluxe Rooms
These rooms are larger than the Standard rooms and also have the option of one King or two Queens bed

Junior Suites – These stylish and spacious suites have a 3/4 wall separating the sleeping and living area. These large suites come with two Queen beds.
