After your time in Breckenridge it’s time to hit the road and head to one of the world’s most popular resorts Aspen. Famed for its celebrity guests, four unique mountains each with their own characterises and accommodation options galore. The four mountains are linked by a free shuttle should you want to leave the car parked up during your time here.
Last but by no means least head off to the gorgeous ski village of Vail for the last stop on this epic ski adventure. Vail oozes luxury with beautiful accommodation spread along the pedestrian village that connects two separate base areas to round off your Explore Colorado itinerary.

Denver International Airport to Breckenridge Ski Resort
Arrive into Denver International Airport , Colorado and pick up your car for the start of your adventure. Once you have collected your bags and loaded up your car head to the old mining town now ski resort of Breckenridge. (approx drive time 2 hours).
Spend 5 nights in Breckridge skiing the 5 varied peaks that make up this quintessential American resort. Breckenridge really does have terrain to suit all abilities with begginers well cartered for on Peak 9, Peak 8 being an all rounder, Peak 7 has lots of blue cruisers, Peak 6 with its expansive bowls or turn it up a notch and head to Peak 10 for the resorts more extreme terrain.
With it’s plentiful nightlife and resturants you will want to park the car while staying in Breckenridge where you can ski hard during the day and party like a pro in the evening.
After your time in Breckenridge it is time to head off to one of the worlds most famous ski resorts in America if not the world, Aspen Snowmass. (approx drive time 2 hours 30mins) Made up of four distinctive and varied base areas all linked by free shuttle Aspen, Snowmass, Buttermilk and Aspen Highlands it offers over 5,500 acres of terrain. With so much terrain on offer it is impossible to not find your ski heaven here in this luxurious ski destination.

Now it is time to head off to Vail (approx drive time 1hr 50mins) for a little luxury to end this ski safari. Unlike Breckenridge and Aspen, Vail is a purpose built ski village with a definate luxury feel, made up of two base areas Vail Village and Lions Head Village. There is a beautiful pedestiran village linking the two which are around a 10 – 15 minute walk from each other. There is also a free village shuttle if you don’t want to carry your ski equipment. One of the worlds largest ski areas with over 5,300 acres of terrain.
Huge amounts of terrain for all abilites can be found on the Front side of the mountains with the back side and bowls having a truly epic amount of terrain for the advanced skiers.
If your ski legs are getting tired there is plenty off the slopes to help you unwind with a huge variety of upscale dining options along with beautiful boutiques to get those last minute gifts before heading back to the UK.
Vail Ski Resort to Denver International Airport
Time to pack up and head back to Denver International Airport (approx drive time 2 hours) to return your car and travel home.
